GENERAL

Terms and conditions apply to all purchases on www.blklab11.com, owned and operated by BLK.LAB11 ApS, CVR 45 39 37 39, Sølvgade 6B, 1307 Copenhagen K. When you shop at BLK.LAB11, you accept our terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully.

These terms and conditions apply when you buy or order goods on the website. We reserve the right to continuously change the terms and conditions, and therefore you are encouraged to accept the terms each time you shop with us.


PRICES & PAYMENT

The prices on the website include VAT and are shown in the following selected currencies; Denmark, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, France, Spain, United States & Australia.

For purchases outside the aforementioned countries, payment is referred to through the United States or our European site, where either USD or EURO is the preferred currency at checkout.

For purchases made outside the EU, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover any customs duties, import charges, and VAT that may be charged by local authorities in connection with delivery.

The total price including shipping is stated before you pay for the order.

You can pay with: Visa Dankort, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay, PayPal & American Express. The amount is only charged when the item is shipped.

Payment is securely handled through SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer). We work with PensoPay – your card information is protected.

Discounts, promo codes, and other offers cannot be combined unless otherwise specifically stated. Discount codes do not apply to gift cards or reduced items.


DELIVERY

All stated prices for goods, delivery, and other costs include applicable taxes, VAT, and charges.

Delivery, shipping, and postage costs may vary and will be added to each order.

Import duties and taxes: Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and other import costs related to receiving the shipment.

We deliver worldwide. If the desired delivery country is not listed in our delivery time overview, please refer instead to the delivery time for a nearby or comparable country as a reference. Please note, however, that the actual delivery time may vary depending on local conditions and the carrier’s routes.

The prices on the website are shown in the currency associated with the selected country. The currency you are charged in depends on the delivery address.

Please note that changing the delivery country may affect both prices and delivery costs.

Your order will be sent to the address/pick-up point you specify at purchase.

Your item will generally be delivered on weekdays Monday to Friday. The delivery time depends on the country of delivery and the courier used.

Please note that the risk for the goods passes to you after delivery. If the packaging is damaged, you should refuse to receive the item. If you wish to complain about any defects, you must inform us. For further details, please refer to the “Right of Complaint” section.

Denmark:

  • Standard delivery with GLS or Bring: 1-2 business days
  • Price: 39 DKK (Free shipping for purchases over 700 DKK)

Europe:

  • Standard delivery with GLS: 2-5 business days
  • Price: 60-200 DKK (depending on destination)

Other countries:

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Price: 200 DKK

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards can be used on www.blklab11.com. They do not expire and can be transferred to other people.

Minimum amount: 150 DKK

Maximum amount: 2500 DKK

Discount codes cannot be used on gift cards.

Balance is checked via the link you received by email. For questions, you can contact us at contact@blklab11.com

For gift card purchases, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. The money will be refunded to the account you used for payment.


RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

You have a 24-month right of complaint on all products according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after discovery – preferably within 2 months. Contact us at contact@blklab11.com and describe the defect.

  • As a general rule, we exchange the item
  • Refunds are only made in the case of a significant defect or if exchange is not possible
  • If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.

Remember to send the item in proper packaging and keep your receipt. You are responsible for the item until we receive it. Therefore, keep postal receipts and shipping cost documentation, etc.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.

  • You pay for return shipping yourself (39 DKK)
  • The amount will be deducted from your refund

You create your return on BLK.LAB11//float.com. Return information is also stated on the packing slip, along with a QR code to the return portal.

We withhold any refund until we have received the returned goods.


RETURN / EXCHANGE

Go to our return portal: returns.reversio.io/blk.lab11

  • Fill in the form and receive a QR code
  • Pack the item securely and with the original intact tags, in the original packaging.
  • Drop off the package at a GLS parcel shop – they will print the label.

Refund: When we receive the return package, we will refund the amount minus 39 DKK (return shipping).

Exchange: Exchange is free. You can easily exchange for another size, another product, or for a gift card.


LIABILITY & FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays/obstacles due to unforeseeable events such as strikes, fire, flooding, etc.

We reserve the right for:

  • Minor production deviations (+/- 1 cm)
  • Typing errors and sold-out items

PERSONAL DATA

We treat your personal data confidentially. Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.


COMPLAINT & CHOICE OF LAW

If we cannot find a solution, you can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, www.naevneneshus.dk.

EU consumers can also use EU’s complaint portal.

The agreement between you and BLK.LAB11 is subject to Danish law.
